JAA Frozen ATPL (Integrated)

Our Integrated program is designed for students with no flying experience who wish to train to become commercial pilots in the most expeditious and efficient manner. You start off with the theoretical knowledge portion covering the 14 subjects shown below, slowly building your way to a commercial airline pilot career.

The program is completed in two locations. The first being at Ayla Aviation Academy in Aqaba, Jordan, and the second phase at our sister school Atlantic Flight Training in Coventry, UK. The ground school and a portion of the flying are completed in Aqaba, which has year round blue skies, and a non-congested international airport. The final phases of flying are completed in Coventry, UK.

Our high instructor to student ratio assures that you make the most out of your time with us. We at Ayla follow-up with our students on a case by case basis, placing your welfare high on our priorities list.

The ATPL Ground School is divided into three modules as follows:

Module 1  (11 weeks)

Module 2  (11 weeks)

Module 3  (11 weeks)

Aircraft General Knowledge – Systems Air Law Operational Procedures
Human Performance & Limitations Flight Planning Mass and Balance
General Navigation Meteorology Aircraft Performance
  Principles of Flight Radio Navigation
    Aircraft General Knowledge – Instrumentation

After successfully completing your ATPL ground theoretical, that is where you take to the skies. You will be flying with our highly qualified flight instructors, with thousands of hours of experience as previous airline and air force pilots. This will be achieved through a mix of dual and solo flights, and constantly monitored through a series of progress tests.

Finally you get to the Multi-Crew Cooperation course “MCC”. The MCC training is required before adding the first multi-pilot aircraft rating to your license and it includes 15 hours of FNPT II Simulator training and 25 hours of theoretical knowledge. This course further develops your skills, enabling you to function much better in a multi-crew environment and better utilize your resources.
